DIABETES and dogs will be the focus of a group meeting.

Two speakers have been invited to the next meeting of The Petersfield and District Support Group of Diabetes UK.

Cheryl Vince, from Medical Detection Dogs, will be talking about their work, including helping people with diabetes to detect when their blood sugars have dropped too low.

Dr Jonathan Harwood, a partner at St Peter’s Veterinary Practice, will be talking about the treatment of dogs with diabetes.

The meeting takes place at St Peter’s Hall, in St Peter’s Road, Petersfield from 7.30pm on Tuesday.
