INFORMATION on what health services are available can be found on a new smart phone app.

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, which provides community and mental health services in Hampshire, has launched the app for its services to help both patients and GPs.

Information will include service addresses and contact information, opening times and, where necessary, details of how to be referred.

The app is free to download. Search for Southern Health and install the new software.
