A REMEMBRANCE service for lost loved ones is being held by The Rowans Hospice.

The Annual Memorial Service takes place at St Thomas’ Cathedral in Old Portsmouth, where residents of the Purbrook hospice and those who died in the community are remembered.

The service is open to people of all faiths or of no faith.

Memory candles will be carried by staff and volunteers to the front of the cathedral – each one representing a month of the year.

The entire congregation is invited to light a candle in memory of someone who has died.

The service takes place on April 22, at 3pm. To find out more call chaplain Lance Blake on (023) 9225 0001 or email lance.blake@rowanshospice.co.uk.
