A WOMEN-ONLY running group starts again next month.

The Taro Runners is a ladies-only running group which was set up in January 2011.

It is a social, non-competitive 10-week programme set up by East Hampshire District Council set up to help runners of all abilities lose weight and get fit.

It starts on September 9 and is held every Monday from 6pm in the Taro Centre coffee bar. The course costs £20 and is payable at registration.

The improvers’ group begins at 7pm and people can pay weekly.
