Ambulance service scoops honour for services support

Have your say

THERE were some spooktacular costumes on show when staff at a business dressed up to raise money for an ambulance charity.

Staff at Douglas Stafford, in Lakeside, Portsmouth, held a ghoulish party and collected money for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.

The fancy dress day raised around £100 for the air ambulance charity, which relies entirely upon donations.

So far this year, the company has raised around £1,500, which will go towards keeping the air ambulance flying and helping to provide a lifesaving service.
