PEOPLE have until midnight on Sunday to complete an NHS survey which is part of The News’ Under Pressure campaign.

The online survey follows a partnership between the three GP-led groups responsible for commissioning most NHS services across the Portsmouth area, and The News.

Fareham and Gosport, Portsmouth and South Eastern Hampshire clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) plan to use the survey results to help with planning healthcare services in the future.

People have until midnight on Sunday to have their say.

The survey, which takes a few minutes to complete, is available online, and at the front counters of News offices in Havant, Fareham and Portsmouth.

These need to be filled out by this Saturday, and left in the office. To fill in the form online, go to portsmouthccg.nhs.uk/join-in/nhs-services-survey.htm
