COMMUTERS are suffering travel misery due to thick fog, sparking warnings about difficult driving conditions.
A yellow warning of fog across Hampshire issued by the Met Office urged people to be aware of the potential for difficult driving conditions and some travel disruption.
Its forecasters had said fog patches could be dense with visibility falling below 200 metres.
Meanwhile Southampton Airport said some flights have been disrupted do to the poor weather, and advised passengers to contact their airline for details.
Wightlink Ferry crossings between Portsmouth and Fishbourne were also delayed by 20 minutes.
