A MAN was found dead in his home after he stabbed himself, an inquest heard today.

Charles Le Rougetel, 46, of Knights Bank Road in Hill Head, died on January 16.

His wife found him in their garage. He had stabbed himself.

Mr Le Rougetel had suffered serious injuries following a car accident six months earlier, which he was still recovering from at the time he died.

David Horsley, coroner for Portsmouth and South East Hampshire, recorded a verdict that Mr Le Rougetel had taken his own life.
