ALL-WEATHER gardening lessons are on offer at a library.

Bridgemary Library, in Brewers Lane, Bridgemary, Gosport, is hosting a free eight-week table top indoor gardening course.

Anyone aged over 50 is invited along.

Staff aim to teach new skills and help green-fingered learners.

Activities will include seed sowing and classes on making windowsill containers for plants.

The course is run by Thrive, a lottery-funded charity that helps disabled and older people continue gardening.

It starts on Tuesday, June 11 and runs from 10am to 12 noon.

Call the library on (01329) 230985 to book a place.
