A PUBLIC inquiry takes place next month after a developer appealed against a council’s decision.

Last year, East Hampshire District Council refused plans for 43 homes at Keyline Builders’ Merchants off Redhill Road, Rowlands Castle, because no affordable housing was included. The one-day hearing takes place at St John the Baptist Church Centre, Rowlands Castle, on July 23, starting at 10am.
