READINGS and talks on the works of Charles Dickens will be taking place next month.

The Portsmouth Dickens Fellowship will be giving readings in the Charles Dickens Birthplace Museum, in Old Commercial Road, in the Dickens Precinct.

It takes place on Sunday, September 1, at 3pm. There is a charge for entry to the museum.
