PORTSMOUTH’S pantomime star Lisa Riley has vowed to give as good as she gets to judges as she prepares to strut her stuff on Strictly Come Dancing tonight.

The former Emmerdale star, who is a regular at The Kings Theatre and is a patron of the historic playhouse, will be taking on 13 other celebrities.

Speaking at the launch event, she said: ‘We’ll see what Craig says about my dancing.

‘But whatever he says, I can throw a good punch and I’m from the north so he should be afraid.’

Lisa said she is excited about wearing the flamboyant costumes the show is famed for.

‘Hair extensions, tans, glitter – it’s brilliant,’ she added.

Lisa will appear in Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs at The Kings in December.
