Part of the M275 has now reopened following an earlier collision on the route.

One lane was briefly closed northbound between the M27 and A3 after the collision, Highways England confirmed on Twitter.

It is not known if there were any injuries sustained in the crash.

It comes after fog warnings were issued for the Portsmouth area yesterday, and drivers were urged to stay safe on the roads because of the weather and black ice.
