PEOPLE with sight problems are being given the chance to find out more about a French artist.
A guided tour and workshop about the life of Henri Matisse will be held at Gosport Discovery Centre on Friday, March 1.
Artist Jo Bressloff will lead the sessions with members of visual impairment reading groups from Gosport and Fareham and they will have the opportunity to explore Matisse’s work through audio and pictures. Guests will also get to draw and feel some artwork. The event starts at 2pm and finishes around 4.30pm.
There is a Hayward Gallery touring Matisse exhibition at Gosport Gallery in Walpole Road until April 20.
