Visitors to the Charles Dickens Birthplace Museum on June 7 can listen to a reading from the author’s work.

The reading, by a member of the Dickens Fellowship, is at 3pm.

Members of the fellowship will be commemorating the death of the author in St Mary’s Church, Fratton on June 9 from 4pm to 4.30pm.

The next meeting of the Dickens Fellowship will be on Tuesday, June 9 in St Swithun’s Church Hall from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

All are welcome to attend. It is free for members and £1 for non-members.
