FAMILIES were entertained and thrilled by a traditional Christmas festival at Port Solent.
With a live nativity, and waterside market, there was carol singing in aid of Rowans Hospice and Christmassy characters wandering around.
Natalie Wilson from Clanfield was there with her daughter Sophie, seven, and said: ‘We came to the Halloween event here and enjoyed that so we wanted to come back.
‘I haven’t felt Christmassy at all so far, so this is really helping put me in the mood.’
Ethan, three and Jack, eight, were there with mum Valerie and dad Steve, from Lockerley Road in Havant.
Mr Nokes said: ‘It really brings the Christmas spirit – it looks great.’
