A MAN has been fined for not making a child in his vehicle wear a seat belt.
Fareham Magistrates’ Court heard that Andrew Wingham, 37, of Portsmouth Road, Horndean, was stopped by police on London Road, Horndean on September 6.
Wingham was driving a Iveco flatbed truck and a child, aged around three or four years old, was not secured by a seat belt in the front seat.
Wingham was given a £100 fine and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
