Lottery ticket winner urged to collect their winnings

THE National Lottery is encouraging a ticket holder in the Fareham area to claim a huge prize.

The winning ticket, which is worth 240,023, matched five numbers and the bonus ball in the Lotto draw on November 28 last year.

And lottery bosses are urging the ticket holder to come forward and collect their winnings.

The winning Lotto numbers on that date were 3, 4, 27, 30, 36, 47 and the bonus ball was 8.

The lucky ticket-holder has until 5.30pm on May 27 to come forward to make their claim.

If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to charities

A National Lottery spokesman said: 'We're desperate to find this missing ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings - this really could be the best way to celebrate Valentine's Day and show your partner how special they really are.

'We have the champagne on ice and a dozen red roses at hand, as well as our fingers crossed, that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win.'

With all National Lottery draws, players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their win if they have the winning ticket.

Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000.
