Polly Hale's been told she's got what it takes to be a model before.

But being a full-time mum to 18-month old daughter Aurora takes up a lot of her time.

That's why The Look is perfect for her - because the winner of our competition will be signed to a Portsmouth-based modelling agency.

The 27-year-old, from Rowlands Castle, said: 'When I was younger I went to stage school and was always told that I should go into modelling.

'I was offered a few places but I didn't have time to keep going up to London when I was at college. The modelling agency that the winner gets signed to in this competition is based here and that's perfect for me.

'I'm a stay-at-home mum, I don't have work commitments so if I get offered a modelling job I don't have to take time off.'

Polly was one of the first hopefuls to take part in last weekend's photo shoots.

The Look is all about finding a face for the future, someone who can make it as a model and represent local people as the Face of the Cascades.

Our winner will get a year's modelling contract with GSK Models plus a portfolio of pictures from Rob Paul Studios in Havant.

To enter this year's competition email us a good-quality photo of yourself plus your name, age, address and phone number to look@thenews.co.uk
