Fareham man broke by-law

A MAN caught urinating in public has been given a conditional discharge.

Steven Pringle, from Titchfield Park Road, Fareham, flouted a bylaw by committing the offence in Harper Way, Fareham, when he appeared at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.

The 25-year-old was given a six-month conditional discharge.

Pringle must pay £85 in court costs.
