A TRADER has been given a 12-month conditional discharge for failing to follow health and safety regulations.
Adnan Tariq, 34, admitted five counts of breaching food hygiene rules when trading as Agora Markets in Fareham Shopping Centre on June 15 and 16 last year.
Tariq, of Astley Avenue in London, failed to provide washing facilities or processes to avoid contamination.
He was also ordered to pay Fareham Borough Council £1,270 in court costs.
