Goal has Lilian, 103, jumping for joy
LILIAN Jupp, one of the oldest Pompey supporters in the world, beamed with joy as she celebrated Pompey's historic FA Cup victory.
Mrs Jupp has been supporting her beloved Blues for a century.
The 103-year-old listened to the match on the radio as she is blind – and jumped from her armchair when Pompey scored.
Mrs Jupp, who lives in Saltmarsh Lane, Hayling Island, but grew up in Landguard Road, Eastney, wore a blue and white dress to celebrate the win.
She said: 'I think it's lovely. I am Pompey born and bred. I listened to the match on the radio and I am ever so pleased.
'I went mad at the final whistle.'
