Currently we have 9 cats in care from two six month old kittens to an older cat of 13 years and everything in between. Among this number is a pregnant cat so numbers are about to be swelled further any day now! Temperament wise we have cats who are quiet in nature and those who are definitely on the boisterous side! Cats coming into care are all shapes, sizes and colours and we have a tabbies, tortoiseshells, black and black & white cats. Gosport Cats Protection try to match the right cat with the right owner / home. Once a cat is homed, there's always another cat needing to come into care.

We are
slightly down on foster space presently as one of our foster volunteers is unwell but all volunteers are working hard to help as many needy cats and kittens as possible. 2012 is the 30th anniversary of Gosport Cats Protection.

I've attached a photo of Ralph, a lovely little cat who likes the quiet life. A cosy spot on the sofa or a lap whilst being stroked would suit him very well. He's an affectionate boy who
