Man appears in court over Southsea stabbing

A MAN has appeared in court charged with stabbing a pensioner.

Robert Lee De Christopher, 36, of Milton Road, Portsmouth, is accused of wounding a 75-year-old man with intent, and possessing an offensive weapon – a knife – in a public place following an incident in Hollam Road, Portsmouth, on Monday.

He will appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on February 25.
