A MAN was found hanged in a forest near Soberton early today.
South Central Ambulance Service were called by Hampshire Constabulary at 6am today.
An ambulance service spokesman said: ‘Hampshire Constabulary reported a male hanging from the Forest of Bere.
‘We sent a double manned ambulance, a rapid response vehicle, and officer and a Basics doctor.
‘The man was pronounced dead at the scene and conveyed to the mortuary at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.’
No further details have been released as yet.
