AN attacker has been given a conditional discharge.
Christopher O’Carroll, 31, pleaded guilty to assaulting a person at his home in Shadwell Road, North End, Portsmouth.
The 31-year-old was given a 12-month conditional discharge.
Portsmouth magistrates ordered him to pay £85 in court costs.
O’Carroll must also pay £15 to a fund for victims of crime.
