A MAN admitted producing cannabis.
Russell Geary, 38, of Temple Street, Landport, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to committing the offence at a property in Duke Crescent, Buckland Portsmouth.
He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £45 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
An order was made for the cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Geary admitted a charge of failing to surrender at Portsmouth Central police station in Winston Churchill Avenue.
But magistrates imposed no separate penalty.
