SHOPLIFTER Gary Byrne has been given a conditional discharge.
Byrne, 35, of Landport Terrace, Portsmouth, admitted stealing goods from Tesco Express in London Road, North End, Portsmouth.
He was told to pay £50 by Portsmouth magistrates.
