FIREFIGHTERS had to free a toddler trapped in a car in Copnor.
One crew from Cosham fire station was sent to Compton Road, Copnor, at 3.44pm yesterday to help with freeing a child from a vehicle.
They found a 14-month old girl in a locked Volvo.
The crew got into the vehicle by breaking the window to free the child.
The young girl was not hurt but was left upset by the ordeal.
