A TEENAGER who died in a car crash has been named as James Langrish.
The 19-year-old was driving along the A32 Wickham Road, near Fareham, when his black Vauxhall Corsa collided with a white HGV lorry.
Mr Langrish, from Soberton, was driving north on the road at around 3am on Friday morning.
The former Portsmouth Grammar School pupil died at the scene.
Friends took to social media sites Facebook and Twitter over the weekend to pay tribute to James.
They said how much he meant to a lot of people as well as how he always managed to make friends and family smile and laugh.
Other tributes called him ‘brilliant,’ ‘amazing’ and many said they ‘would never forget him.’
They also mentioned how ‘he will forever be missed.’
The A32, which runs from Fareham to Wickham and Knowle Village, was shut for most of Friday while police cleared the scene and made it safe.
The road closure was in place from 3am until around 5pm between junction 10 of the M27 and the roundabout leading to Knowle Road and Wickham Road.
