MAGISTRATES have fined a man for resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty.
Peter Oldfield, from Chaffinch Green, Waterlooville, had denied committing the offence in Waterlooville.
But the 21-year-old was found guilty by Portsmouth magistrates.
Oldfield was fined £300.
Magistrates also ordered him to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims.
And he must pay £300 in court costs.
