Waterlooville road closed after two-vehicle crash

ONE person has been taken to hospital following a two-car crash.

The incident involving a Volkswagen Golf and a Renault, happened on Stakes Road, Waterlooville, at 6.22pm today.

Hampshire police closed the road in both directions, between Ladybridge Road and Westbrook Grove.

One person was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital for injuries not thought to be serious.

The road was reopened at 7.25pm.
