Woman admits harassing missing toddler’s family

A WOMAN has pleaded guilty to harassing the family of missing Gosport toddler Katrice Lee.

Donna Wright, 33, of Hillside Court, Spennymoor, sent emails and Facebook messages to Katrice’s Gosport-based mother and sister, Sharon and Natasha Lee and admitted harassment between August and September 2012.

She is the same age as Katrice, who went missing from a supermarket in 1981 in Paderborn, Germany, where her father was stationed with the British Army at the time.

The case was heard at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates’ Court in County Durham and was adjourned until March 19.

Bail conditions mean that she cannot contact the Lee family, and cannot view or post anything on the Katrice Lee Facebook page.
