Woman, 37, assaulted PC

A WOMAN pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer.

Sharon Gale assaulted PC Jason Lawton while he was on duty at The Square in Bishop’s Waltham on August 18.

Fareham magistrates gave the 37-year-old, from Willows Close, Swanmore, a three-month conditional discharge.

No order for costs or compensation was made.
