South east MEP calls for government to prioritise NHS over nuclear

WARM seas have led to an unprecedented number of dolphins being seen locally.

Experts at the Sea Watch Foundation are encouraging people to report sightings and said some of the mammals may be spotted off the coast of Hampshire and West Sussex.

There have been many sightings already in the west country.
