PENSIONERS will be treated to an all-singing and dancing variety show put on by the fire service.
The senior citizens’ party, which is now in its 31st year, is at the Pyramids Centre, in Clarence Esplanade, Southsea.
Run by Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, around 250 older people and 50 carers will be entertained by firefighters on stage this Sunday. Crew manager Jasper Taylor, of Southsea red watch, who helps organise the party, said: ‘The party is like a cabaret show in two halves. We have refreshments being served as well.’
