A GIRL and a woman were racially abused as they walked down a high street with a toddler.

Hampshire police want to identify a man who is believed to have shouted the abuse at the women in High Street, Gosport.

A 30-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl were walking with a toddler in a pushchair past Nelson’s Bar when they were racially abused by a man sitting outside the pub.

It happened on July 12 between 3pm and 3.30pm.

The man was white, had very short ginger hair and tattoos on his arm. He was wearing shorts and had no top on.
