Portsmouth high-rise tenants offered free door-to-door fire safety advice

NEW members with a passion for marine life are being invited to join a society.

The Portsmouth Aquarist Society has been going for more than 50 years.

Mark Schwartz, from the group, said: ‘Our members’ knowledge ranges from cold water, tropical, marine and pond life.

‘We meet on the first Wednesday of the month at Buckland Community Centre and any new members can come along and see if they like it before joining.’

Membership costs £10 per year.
