A YOUTH group raised more than £1,500 for two good causes.

Loud and Proud, which is based in Gosport and Fareham, donated £507 to Two Saints’ Accommodation Resource Centre in Forton Road, Gosport.

As previously reported, members of the group slept rough to raise the cash.

And the Royal Navy Submarine Museum, in Gosport, has been give more than £1,000, after holding an acoustic gig.

Jamie Hutchison of Two Saints’ ARC, said: ‘This money will be directly used to help young people find accommodation and is a great example of Loud and Proud helping others in the Gosport community.’
