A NEW bar has been added to a pub in an effort to offer drinkers more variety.

The Vaults, in Albert Road, Southsea, now has a section called The Beer Vaults selling craft lagers.

Eleven of the beers are on tap and there’s a selection of bottles and cans.

The Beer Vaults will also host its own events, including food and drink tasting sessions throughout the year.

A new food menu has also been launched at the Fuller’s pub and the other bars remain stocked with ales and wines.

Helen Stevens, general manager, said: ‘It’s really exciting being part of a new phase of The Vaults story.

‘It’s been a busy few weeks and it is great that we can now open the doors to the Beer Vaults.

‘The Vaults is an iconic space in Southsea not just for dining, but also for enjoying a relaxing drink with friends and family. With four bars across three floors, including our new Beer Vaults, there is undoubtedly something for everyone.’
