AN annual fundraising event has become so popular it is moving to a new, bigger, venue.

The Bishop’s Waltham Garden Fair, in aid of St John Ambulance, will take place on Sunday, May 6 at its new location of Wintershill Hall.

Organiser Joan Ferrer said: ‘We were absolutely delighted when Jamie and Carolyn Balfour offered us their beautiful gardens at Wintershill Hall in Durley for the event,

‘We are grateful to them for helping us grow the garden fair, as it is always a popular event that helps to raise vital funds to help everyone at St John Ambulance carry out our work.’

The event will take place between 10am and 4pm and will cost £4 on entry, with all children under 14 going free.
