A £2m shopping and housing development could soon be built in Havant.
Plans are afoot to regenerate the western end of West Street with a new three-storey building.
The development would include a large retail space on the ground floor, which could be split into several shops.
On the floors above would be 14 two-bedroom flats.
The site, close to the bus station, would include five car parking spaces, and cycle and bin stores.
The site was once home to HSBC bank, but has become an eyesore after most of the buildings have been demolished.
Developer Havant Investments has submitted the planning application to Havant Borough Council.
Councillors will take a vote on the application at meeting next year.
