MORE than 50 people will be cycling from London to Paris to raise money for charity.

The cyclists will pass through Portsmouth on July 23, as part of a bike ride to help raise money for Action Medical Research.

The riders will stop at Mountbatten Leisure Centre before catching the ferry to St Malo. The event finishes in Paris on Saturday, July 26 to coincide with the Tour de France finale.

They hope to raise £370,000 for Action Medical Research, which funds work to help children.
