Have your say

Last year, around this time, the Rowans Hospice asked me if I’d host their Dance-A-Thon.

As much as I wanted to, I had already booked my 30th birthday party so had to politely decline.

To make up for it, they got me abseiling down a building for them in the summer!

So although I don’t feel guilty any more, I was rather pleased when they asked me back to host this year’s Dance-A-Thon. Taking place on November 30 at Portsmouth FC, this six-hour event will certainly get you moving – if you can last that long!

I’ll be there all night (it finishes at midnight) and there’s all types of dancing – from belly to salsa to disco to zumba.
