Did the pontoon designer go for the half-finished look?

Children adore being spoilt by their grandparents, but is it too much?

VERITY LUSH: Don’t blame gran for kids munching on e-numbers

Have your say

Who else thinks the new Gosport pontoon looks ace from the inside, but like someone hasn’t quite finished wrapping it in tin foil from the outside?

Perhaps that’s the designer’s intention, to go for the half-finished look?

I love the big windows and the airy feel, the whole airport terminal-ness of the project.

But when you pull away on the highly expensive Gosport ferry (well, it’s not that bad if you’re travelling alone, but add up a cost of a family and it may be shorter by water, but certainly not cheaper), the whole thing is a little underwhelming.

Or perhaps I’m jumping the gun and it isn’t quite finished?

Perhaps the extra cost of the fares will pay for the final reveal.
