Canadian crooner Michael Buble is putting down roots in Britain after purchasing a mansion for himself and his fiancée in England.
He is believed to have paid £3 million for a home on the Webb Estate in Purley, Surrey, where he hopes to spend part of the year with his partner, Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato.
Now I’m sure the Webb Estate is dead posh, but of all the places he could have chosen, why Croydon? I’ve also made the decision that the only other singer who can be described as a Canadian crooner is Bryan Adams. Or is he still the groover from Vancouver?

The Firework hitmaker is performing 95 shows on her world tour, and plans to ‘raise the bar’ with her performances, incorporating songs from her first two albums.
