Having been to a running club, been made to sprint along South Parade and generally turned into a premature geriatric because of muscle fatigue, I’ve learned the key to success is listening to the rhythm of your step, getting your breathing in time and then just keeping going at a manageable pace.
Having spent an hour practising techniques at the running club, I now know how to breathe correctly.
