Go and see Bridesmaids, but I’d forget Transformers 3D

CHERYL GIBBS: Not a great film, but I still balled my eyes out

Have your say

If you fancy a trip to the flicks this weekend, I would highly recommend the new comedy movie Bridesmaids.

It’s absolutely hilarious and guys, you’ll love it too, I promise. Think Hangover, but with a bunch of ‘up for it’ girls and a highly-strung bride-to-be.

There are lots of serious undertones about friendship, life, love and careers and at times it’s actually quite a moving film.

But in contrast, Michael Bay’s latest Transformers 3D, which I was so looking forward to seeing, is a big letdown.

Where is the story line? There isn’t one, just lots of references that are clear jibes about actress Megan Fox, who was in the first two movies but was then dropped after a reported row.
