My diet of delivered meals only is going very well indeed. Not having to plan the weekly shop and cook every night has been brilliant.
Apparently, it takes 30 days to break a habit. But as I learn about the right things and amounts to eat, cutting out all snacks and sweets, I’m finding it easier as I go along.
I’m not cutting these things out forever, but as I get further in, I feel myself wanting junk food less and less. I know how it makes me feel after the sugar rush has gone. I don’t want to be lethargic and bloated.
As well as the weight loss, the most amazing change I’ve noticed is my state of mind. I feel energised and incredibly positive.
We really are what we eat.
