For young people it often seems like there are never enough hours in the day!

Surely 24 hours should be enough, especially considering we are only asleep for about 10 hours a day.

With work, socialising and whatever else we do, such as volunteering or going out to do the odd activity, we don’t realise where the time goes.

The question often is why does time go so slowly when we want it to hurry up?

Either that or why does time go so quickly when we wish to have more?

Either way, we can’t seem to win.

Nowadays, there is an unfair stereotype that young people aren’t as active as they used to be.

People seem to think that we spend our time sitting around admiring and playing with modern technology (although I kind of understand where this is coming from).

As young people, when we seriously put our mind to doing particular things, we soon realise that we need much more time!
